Products and order availability:
Lumielle products may be offered through limited early-dispatch allocations and pre-order batches. The dispatch timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase applies to your order.
For the Lumielle LED Therapy Mask, orders placed while the limited early-dispatch allocation is available are expected to dispatch within 3–5 working days. Once this allocation is claimed, subsequent orders will be reserved for Batch Two, with estimated dispatch within 8–10 weeks.

We aim to display product details, pricing, images and availability as accurately as possible. However, colours, packaging and product presentation may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Skincare and results:
Lumielle products are designed to support skincare routines with consistent use. Individual results may vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error with pricing, product availability, payment, suspected fraud, or misuse of the website.
