Order availability and dispatch
Lumielle orders are currently available through a limited early-dispatch allocation, followed by Batch Two pre-orders.

Limited early-dispatch allocation:
Orders placed while this allocation is available will be dispatched within 3–5 working days of the order date.

Batch Two pre-orders:
Once the early-dispatch allocation is claimed, all subsequent orders will be reserved for Batch Two, with estimated dispatch within 8–10 weeks of the order date.

The dispatch timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase will apply to your order. Delivery time begins after dispatch and is separate from the stated dispatch timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

UK orders:

UK orders will be shipped using a tracked delivery service after dispatch.

International orders:
International orders will be shipped using a tracked delivery service after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier handling, and customs processing.

Customs, duties and taxes:
International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country.
